How to become a member of the Illinois DARE Officers Association"

1. Print out the I.D.O.A. Membership Application  and print or type all requested information.

2. Using the region directory, indicate your region and whether you are a new or renewing member.
3. Send the completed form, along with a check (No Cash or Purchase Orders Please) for $30.00 to:
