I.D.O.A. 2009 Member Workbook Order

Once again I.D.O.A.-Region 3 will organize a bulk workbook order. We do not receive a discount on the cost of the workbooks. However, we have been able to reduce the cost of shipping by over half of what it would cost you to order the books directly from D.A.R.E. America.

The workbooks will be shipped to the I.D.O.A. Summer Conference in Peoria, IL. All participating departments must pick up their workbooks at the Conference. They will not be shipped to your department and we have no way of storing them. All workbook orders must be received by: May 14th, 2009.

This will be the only ordering opportunity that Region 3 and the I.D.O.A. will offer for the upcoming school year, so order accordingly. No partial cases may be ordered. The ordering process works on a first come first serve basis. We will order as many cases of books as we get orders for, provided we have enough orders to fill a pallet (68 Cases). We are charged for a full pallet regardless of the number of boxes on the pallet. Once a pallet is full, I will call you and confirm your order. Remaining orders will be put on a waiting list until we have enough orders to fill another pallet.

Please fill out the 2009 workbook order form and attach a check made payable to: I.D.O.A.-Region 3, covering the cost of the workbooks and shipping. All orders must be returned no later than: MAY 28, 2009 to:
